Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

120g unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 scoop whey casein blend protein powder of choice
5g fat-free sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
2g xanthan gum
150g frozen strawberries
125g ice
water (as needed)

Add all the ingredients except for the water into a strong blender or food processor.
Blend the ingredients, you may need to add water to help with blending (be careful not to add too much water, the ice cream should still be quite thick).
Scoop into a bowl or eat straight out of the blender, enjoy!
