Healthy Banana Bread

 
    • 1/2 cup ground quick oats

    • 1/2 cup quick oats

    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    • 3 1/2 tablespoons sweetener

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 4 bananas, mashed

    • 1 egg

    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (unsweetened, low fat)

    • 1/4 cup water

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F, line or grease a loaf pan.

    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

    3. In a large separate bowl, mash bananas with a fork.

    4. Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the bananas. Mix wet ingredients together.

    5. With a rubber spatula, fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.

    6. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.

    7. Let banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.

    8. Enjoy!
