Healthy Banana Bread

1/2 cup ground quick oats
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tablespoons sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 bananas, mashed
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (unsweetened, low fat)
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F, line or grease a loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
In a large separate bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the bananas. Mix wet ingredients together.
With a rubber spatula, fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
Let banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
