Chocolate Protein Pancakes

    • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice

    • 21g coconut flour

    • 12g all-purpose flour

    • 8g baking powder

    • 2g guar gum

    • 9g cocoa powder

    • Pinch of salt

    • 186g egg whites

    • 1/3 cup milk of choice

    1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the middle.

    2. Pour egg whites and milk into the well, mix until well combined.

    3. Pour batter in circles onto a non-stick pan or skillet on low heat (I used a heat setting of 3/10 on my stovetop) and flip once edges become bubbly.

    4. Cook other side of pancake for ~30 seconds and remove from pan.

    5. Cook the rest of the pancakes and enjoy!
