Chocolate Protein Pancakes

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
21g coconut flour
12g all-purpose flour
8g baking powder
2g guar gum
9g cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
186g egg whites
1/3 cup milk of choice

Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the middle.
Pour egg whites and milk into the well, mix until well combined.
Pour batter in circles onto a non-stick pan or skillet on low heat (I used a heat setting of 3/10 on my stovetop) and flip once edges become bubbly.
Cook other side of pancake for ~30 seconds and remove from pan.
Cook the rest of the pancakes and enjoy!
