Ingredients:

  • 175g fat-free plain greek yogurt

  • 2 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup (optional)

  • 70g frozen blueberries

  • 40g sliced banana

  • 27g cheerios (I used 1 gram sugar cheerios)

Instructions:

  1. Microwave blueberries in a small-medium sized bowl for 10-20 sec intervals to thaw.

  2. Add yogurt, syrup and bananas to bowl, stir to combine.

  3. Add cheerios and enjoy!

Note: This is currently my favourite breakfast. I could eat this for every meal!

(Some mornings I add 15g (2 tbsp) of flax seeds into my yogurt too!)
