Veggie Pizza

 
  • “Crust”:

    • 75g egg whites

    • Salt

    • Pepper

    Toppings:

    • 3 tbsp pizza sauce

    • 1/4 cup cheese

    • 1/2 tomato, diced

    • Mushrooms, sliced

    • 1/4 onion, diced

    • Italian seasoning

    • Garlic powder

    1. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks

    2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium and shape and cook egg whites, season with salt and pepper

    3. Spread tomato sauce on “crust” and top with cheese. Place a handful of spinach over sauce, top with toppings, season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

    4. Bake at 400°F for 3-8 minutes (depending on how you like it), serve hot.
