Veggie Pizza

“Crust”:
75g egg whites
Salt
Pepper
Toppings:
3 tbsp pizza sauce
1/4 cup cheese
1/2 tomato, diced
Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 onion, diced
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks
Heat a non-stick pan over medium and shape and cook egg whites, season with salt and pepper
Spread tomato sauce on “crust” and top with cheese. Place a handful of spinach over sauce, top with toppings, season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake at 400°F for 3-8 minutes (depending on how you like it), serve hot.
