Yogurt Cream Pasta

4oz pasta of choice
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 clove roasted garlic
Water to cook pasta
Salt
Pepper

Cook pasta to desired texture.
While pasta is cooking, stir together yogurt and garlic, the roasted garlic should mash and incorporate easily.
Add salt and pepper to yogurt to taste.
After straining pasta, allow to cool for ~50 sec and stir in yogurt mixture (adding yogurt while pasta/pot is too hot may cause yogurt to clump).
