Pumpkin Pie Bars

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
420g canned pumpkin
1 cup water
2 eggs or 100g egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Stir to fully combine.
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Put mixture into a lined baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
Allow to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from pan and cut into 12 pieces, enjoy!
