Banana Oat Breakfast Loaf

 
    • 1 banana

    • 2/3 cup instant oats

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

    • 1 tsp baking powder

    1. Mash banana with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.

    2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

    3. Shape mixture into a loaf-like shape on a parchment-lined baking pan.

    4. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

    5. Enjoy!
