• 2 cups (180g) oats

    • 2 tbsp (20g) all-purpose flour

    • 2 tsp baking powder

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1/2 cup (125g) greek yogurt

    • 1 egg

    • 1/2 cup water

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F

    2. Grind oats in a blender or food processor until flour-like

    3. Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium-large bowl.

    4. Add wet ingredients directly into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix to combine.

    5. On a parchment-lined baking pan, dollop mixture into 6 even circular shapes.

    6. Using a wet chopstick, poke and twist a hole in each bagel.

    7. With wet fingertips, smooth out imperfections on bagels.

    8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes.

    9. Enjoy!
