2 cups (180g) oats
2 tbsp (20g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (125g) greek yogurt
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 400°F
Grind oats in a blender or food processor until flour-like
Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium-large bowl.
Add wet ingredients directly into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix to combine.
On a parchment-lined baking pan, dollop mixture into 6 even circular shapes.
Using a wet chopstick, poke and twist a hole in each bagel.
With wet fingertips, smooth out imperfections on bagels.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes.
